Wish that I could give zero stars went here today Sunday, June 7. They got sale prices on items that they are saying that does not go on sale till Monday so why put the items on sale with the stickers on Sunday morning when you are not selling them for that price until the next day and the manager did not give a damn it was only a $10 difference.

Called to see if they had an item we needed, after being told they didn’t have the specific size we needed the girl in the phone said “yeah…” then hung up. Three stars because at least she could be bothered enough to actually look.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at my local northern tool, but they have supplied many of my needs with a pleasant demeanor at all times. They have been very helpful and helping me locate and find items within the store.

Be careful… They’re not very friendly about returns…They’re so-called manager at this location, Yolanda, has no customer service skills at all. We just bought an expensive trailer dolly, and one of the main parts was not working right…all we were trying to do was either replace the part fix the part or get a new dolly to replace it … She was impossible to work with…I will never go back in that store and I would never recommend them to anybody because of their manager. I’ve been a customer service for over 45 years… This could’ve been handled very easily, she had an attitude from the beginning… If I could give less than one star I would…
